HOW TO USE

1. Draw the eyeliner along the upper lash line, working from the inner corner outwards. 2. Let it set for a few seconds before applying mascara. 3. Wiggle the mascara wand at the root of the lashes and sweep up to the tips. Add a second coat for more volume.
